For admissions, we encourage the applicants who possess the academic potential to

come up to our standards, have the physical strength and fitness to cope with the arduous

weather conditions of Murree Hills; and ultimately enjoy the privilege of becoming the

members of the worldwide 'Gallians' community. It is possible to enter the School

(Junior, Prep or Senior School) at any point over the 12 years' programme, from

grade-1 to 12; · The main admission is offered in grade-1. · From grade 2-8 only vacant

seats are filled. · After receiving the admission forms, the merit list is made following

the boy's academic background. · Only those boys are offered admission who

qualify the admission test and come on merit.

1.    Applicants for admission to this College are sometimes put to great 
       inconvenience due to lack of information about our procedure for 
       admission. The following points may please be kept in mind when 
       submitting an application:
       i)    Our regular intake is of about 40 boys (age 5 ½ - 6 ½ years) in class 
             I only. Besides our regular intake in Class I, we usually have seats 
             available in classes II to VIII that are filled through test and 
             interview held in November. Admission forms duly completed are 
             required to be submitted by the 15th of October every year. Tests 
             (Urdu, English, Maths) are held at Lawrence College, Ghora Gali, in 
             November and date of tests / interview is communicated on receipt 
             of application forms. Regular classes of the selected students 
             commence in the month of March.
             a.    The College prepares boys for the secondary (Matric), Higher 
                    Secondary (Intermediate) and GCE 'O' Level Examinations.
             b.    Prospectus / Admission Forms can be obtained from the office 
                    of the Principal
                    i.    From abroad on receipt of D.Draft of Rs. 500/- (Pakistani 
                          Currency).
                   ii.    In Pakistan, on receipt of Postal Order of Rs. 350/- to cover 
                          the cost and postage.
2.    If required, please forward D. Draft / Postal Order of appropriate value 
       towards the cost of prospectus / admission form in favour of "THE 
       PRINCIPAL LAWRENCE COLLEGE GHORA GALI"      
       (Payable at National Bank of Pakistan, Ghora Gali Branch / Lawrence 
       College, Ghora Gali Post Office).
 
 
Admission in classes I - VIII for the session 2009
 
Lawrence College offers golden opportunity to the talented youth for admission to classes I - VIII
(including GCE 'O' Level from Cambridge University) for the academic session commencing March - 2009.
 
Test and interviews will be held in November, 2008 at Lahore, Karachi and Lawrence College.
Please indicate the centre of your choice on the admission form. Centre will be allotted after scrutiny of applications.
 
Test and interviews will also be held under the supervision of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation at various Embassies/
High Commissions for the O.P.F candidates in November, 2008.
 
College prospectus and forms can be obtained from the College by paying Rs. 300/- in cash or through mail by sending
postal order for Rs. 350/- or a bank draft in favour of Principal, Lawrence College drawn on Nation Bank of Pakistan
Ghora Gali Branch (0692).
 
Candidates applying for prospectus from outside Pakistan are required to remit 30 US$ by bank draft in favour of
Principal, Lawrence College.
 
Last Date for receipt of admission form duly completed in all respect is 18th October - 2008, applications with late fee
of Rs. 1000/- accepted upto 31st October, 2008.
