For admissions, we encourage the applicants who possess the academic potential to
come up to our standards, have the physical strength and fitness to cope with the arduous
weather conditions of Murree Hills; and ultimately enjoy the privilege of becoming the
members of the worldwide 'Gallians' community. It is possible to enter the School
(Junior, Prep or Senior School) at any point over the 12 years' programme, from
grade-1 to 12; · The main admission is offered in grade-1. · From grade 2-8 only vacant
seats are filled. · After receiving the admission forms, the merit list is made following
the boy's academic background. · Only those boys are offered admission who
qualify the admission test and come on merit.
1. Applicants for admission to this College are sometimes put to great
inconvenience due to lack of information about our procedure for
admission. The following points may please be kept in mind when
submitting an application:
General information regarding admission and fee structure for the next academic year - 2010 is given as under :-
a) Our regular intake is in class I only. We usually have seats available in classes II to VIII and filled through test and interview held in December. Admission forms duly completed should be submitted by 30 October 2009. Tests ( Urdu, English, Maths and Science) are held at Lawrence College, Lahore and Karachi in December. Date of test / interviews will be communicated on receipt of application form. Centre will be allotted after scrutiny of application. Regular classes of the selected students commence in the month of March every year.
b) Entrance Test are also held under the supervision of the Education Attaches of the respective Embassies in December.
c) The College prepares boys for the secondary (Matric), Higher Secondary ( Intermediate) and GCE O' Level Examinations.
d) College Prospects/ Admission Forms can be obtained:
I. Broad : On receipt of D. Draft of US$ 30/- only.
II. In Pakistan : On receipt of Postal Order of Rs. 550/- only.
e) Detail of fees (Charged at the time of admission) are as follows:
I. Admission Fee (Non-Refundable) Rs. 10,000.00
II. College Development Fund (Non-Refundable) Rs. 10,000.00
III. Security (Refundable) Rs. 20,000.00
IV. Advance to pay tailor's bill (Adjustable against bills) Rs. 20,000.00
V. Fee for one term (Junior, from class I - IV) approx Rs. 98,901.00
Fee for one term (Prep, from class V - VII) approx Rs. 106,576.00
Fee for one term (Senior, VIII) approx Rs. 109,745.00
Fee for one term (Senior, from class XI - XII) approx Rs. 111,479.00
